Authentic Pilates Teacher Training Program

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Inaugural, fully comprehensive Classical Authentic Pilates Teacher Training Program, beginning January 2026.

This is an 800+ hour, one year long educational and training program designed to teach the complete Classical Pilates Method as originated by Joseph Pilates and passed down through his direct lineage. Apprentices will learn the full system from Beginner to Advanced on all Apparatus and Small Accessories.

The program includes:

In-depth seminars
A robust in-person studio apprenticeship/internship
Instructor skill development
Anatomy and case studies
Written assignments & required readings

All taught by Lindy Irwin, Classical Pilates instructor of 20+ years, owner of Authentic Pilates Studio, licensed Registered Nurse, and former professionally trained ballet dancer.
