Studio Etiquette

A few simple courtesies help preserve the focus and integrity of the studio, so each client may practice effectively.

Arrive Prepared

Please, arrive a few minutes early to settle in before your session begins. Entering late can disrupt the concentration of the studio.

Dress with Care

Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
Please, avoid garments with zippers or hardware that may damage the equipment.
Street shoes are not permitted beyond the reception area.

Footwear

Bare feet are welcome. If wearing socks, please choose grip socks for safety.

Minimize Distractions

Please leave phones in the reception area on silent.
Please, silence notifications on watches to keep our studio a focused environment.
Communicate with Your Instructor Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in your body, so we can appropriately and safely guide you through the movement work.

Respect the Studio Environment

Please limit fragrances out of consideration for others.

Care for the Environment

Wipe down your apparatus after use and return springs, handles, and props to their proper place.

Honor Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

Group Classes: Please, cancel 12 hrs in advance to not be charged.
Private & Semi-Private Appointments: Please, cancel 24 hrs in advance to avoid being charged. Please, utilize the class waitlist. There is a good chance you will get an opening in the class.
